RAM PANIKATH Ram Panikath also known as Ramaprasad P has three decades of richly variegated Industrial experience spanning IT, OIL and Gas and Engineering Construction. His multinational and multicultural experiences drive the philosophy that it is always the person behind the keyboard and not the keyboard by itself; who creates the wonders. In 1996 he shifted to USA, and took a change in his career by joining a 15 million dollar IT company. It was his first indulgence with an information technology and software industry. He rose to the position of COO in the company and took it to a valuation of 100 million with operations in US, Europe, Middle East and Japan. In 2003, Ram along with Vinod Narayan Co founded ITFlux Inc and has successfully taken ITFlux from a start up, to a company which successfully gives solutions to other companies through a tried and tested delivery model. Ram's career path which started from Productivity Council as a consultant to project engineer in Bharat Petroleum, Purchase Manager in Indeset and a decade of experience as a Director in an engineering construction company brings profound industry experience to ITFlux. His experience in operating across borders is an asset to the company. He brings Business Process Management Expertise to ITFlux which is par excellence. He holds a Bachelor’s in Engineering from Cochin University. KRISHNANATH VENKATARAMAN Krishnanath Venkataraman, with a strong technical acumen spread across a variety of technologies and well-honed across major deliveries and implementations, leads the Development Services of ITFlux. Known as Krishnan, he is also a key member of ITFlux corporate strategy group. Krishnan's responsibilities at ITFlux includes management of design, development, implementation and support of information systems for clients across the globe. Krishnan's ability to “abstract sharply and concisely” and very importantly “to think big and clear, when it comes to designing and actualizing Engineering solutions”, is commendable. Indeed, it has also helped him in taking risks with a large measure of success. A vivid learner, he always tries keep pace with changes. His positive outlook and passionate attitude towards everything helps him in facing challenges with ease and also in getting the team members along with his pace. Service Oriented Architecture for Enterprise is the main premise of Technology he is steeped in as a Software professional; while as an art enthusiast he is as much bonded to Classical Indian Music and Temple Arts. Krishnan has more than 10 years of experience in the IT industry. Prior to joining ITFlux Krishnan served in various delivery roles at Cordys R&D India Ltd, a leading BPM provider. Krishnan holds a Bachelor of Technology Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam, India. JOSHY PAUL Joshy Paul is responsible for Global Sales, Customer satisfaction, Sales expansion and Revenue growth of ITFlux. He has two decades of experience with the manufacturing industry giant HMT Limited. His experience spans across Production, Manufacturing, Procurement, Sales and Marketing. Before joining ITFlux, Joshy was as a Project Management Consultant for Oil field projects of China National Petroleum Corporation, a world-leading international energy company. He was deputed in Sudan, Africa. His experience in various domains in the industry coupled with global exposure helps to leverage the sales activities of ITFlux. HEMANT MOHAN Hemant Mohan, soft spoken and energetic person, leads the Product Management and Services at ITFlux. Prior to this role, he was leading the BPM Practice at ITFlux. Hemant has around 10 years of IT experience and possesses strong ability to communicate value and long-term vision in the adoption of Business Process Management. Hemant was with a leading BPM product vendor, Cordys, for around 8 years before joining ITFlux. Hemant comes with a rich international experience in working with clients in North America, Europe and China. Hemant holds a Bachelors in Technology from Kerala University, Kerala.
SABARISH NARAYANA DAS
Sabarish Narayana Das, with his technical expertise in various technologies and platforms, defines the technology roadmap for ITFlux. From Mobile Applications to CRM, ERP and custom applications, Sabarish will stamp the application with his signature on all aspects of Application Life Cycle Management. Sabarish is also entrusted with the Embedded Systems and DSP division of ITFlux. More than a decade of experience in the IT and Telecom industry, Sabarish was working with Motorola (in India and in US) prior to joining ITFlux. Sabarish holds a Bachelors degree in Computer Science and Engineering from NIT, Calicut and Masters from Illinois Institute of Technology (Chicago, US). Sabarish's thirst for acquiring knowledge in his field of expertise never ends and he is now pursuing PhD from SVNIT, Surat.

He also takes the role of a visiting faculty of Management Subjects for MBA courses in several reputed Business Schools and Institutes.
