President and CEO

In 1996 he shifted to USA, and took a change in his career by joining a 15 million dollar IT company. It was his first indulgence with an information technology and software industry. He rose to the position of COO in the company and took it to a valuation of 100 million with operations in US, Europe, Middle East and Japan. In 2003, Ram along with Vinod Narayan Co founded ITFlux Inc and has successfully taken ITFlux from a start up, to a company which successfully gives solutions to other companies through a tried and tested delivery model. Ram’s career path which started from Productivity Council as a consultant to project engineer in Bharat Petroleum, Purchase Manager in Indeset and a decade of experience as a Director in an engineering construction company brings profound industry experience to ITFlux. His experience in operating across borders is an asset to the company. He brings Business Process Management Expertise to ITFlux which is par excellence. He holds a Bachelor’s in Engineering from Cochin University.

VINOD NARAYANAN
Vice President, Sales

Mr. Vinod Narayan, having over 14 years of experience in International sales and business development in US, Asia, Europe and Middle East, co-founded ITFlux with Ram. Vinod is responsible for creating and driving the Sales strategy for the company including new business development and partnerships. He brings in his extensive experience in new client acquisition and niche portfolio development across three continents. Vinod holds a Bachelor of Technology Degree in Electrical Engineering from National Institute of Technology, Calicut, India.

SARATH CHANDRA SHEKAR

Vice President, QA Services

Half way through his career Sarath wound up with the Mercury Interactive product line in his kitty and worked on establishing MI's enterprise customer segment in India. In his own words, "....this meant that I initiated into QA in the very dangerous reverse direction, from hyped Test Automation paradigms backward into the modest, but realistic world of Manual Testing.

While Sarath thinks that there is no substitute for Rational-UML as the imperative Requirement documentation platform for successful QA or a successful product, he is a die-hard votary of Business Technology Optimisation as the ultimate enterprise IT framework for Solution design & development, Testing & Project management. He feels QQA is consistently maturing to reflect the practical aspects of BTO and provide its benefits to even Mid-Size or Small Industry customers. “It (QQA) already addresses certain novel areas, BTO does not". Sarath believes QQA will "structure sapient Testing" and provide for "more persistently predictable QA delivery". Also QQA will "align Test automation towards Framework based Test authoring". Sarath leads the QA services operations.

KRISHNANATH VENKATARAMAN
Vice President, Solutions

Mr. Krishnanath Venkataraman, with a strong technical acumen spread across a variety of technologies and well-honed across major deliveries and implementations, leads the Development Services of ITFlux. Known as Krishnan, he is also a key member of ITFlux corporate strategy group. Krishnan's responsibilities at ITFlux includes management of design, development, implementation and support of information systems for clients across the globe.

Krishnan's ability to “abstract sharply and concisely” and very importantly “to think big and clear, when it comes to designing and actualizing Engineering solutions”, is commendable. Indeed, it has also helped him in taking risks with a large measure of success. A vivid learner, he always tries keep pace with changes. His positive outlook and passionate attitude towards everything helps him in facing challenges with ease and also in getting the team members along with his pace.

Service Oriented Architecture for Enterprise is the main premise of Technology he is steeped in as a Software professional; while as an art enthusiast he is as much bonded to Classical Indian Music and Temple Arts.

Krishnan has more than 8 years of experience in the IT industry. Prior to joining ITFlux Krishnan served in various delivery roles at Cordys R&D India Ltd, a leading BPM provider. Krishnan holds a Bachelor of Technology Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam, India.

K. M. GEORGE
Chief Officer - Business Consulting

Mr. K. M. George is a highly qualified and experienced management consultant with over three decades of consultancy experience in helping enterprises discover and resolve internal and external business challenges.

He has to his credit, over 200 consultancy assignments in Industries and Service Organizations in the areas of Industrial Engineering, Marketing, Safety, Production, Materials, Quality, Maintenance and Human resource Management.

Mr. George has rendered his expertise to leading Private, Government and Semi Government undertakings. He also takes the role of a visiting faculty of Management Subjects for MBA courses in several reputed Business Schools and Institutes.

He is a bachelor in Mechanical Engineering and in addition holds a Masters in Business Administration from Cochin University.
